   800 gm   Paneer
   800 gm   tomato
   150 gm   Onion
   150 gm   Capsicum
   3 1/3 Tbsp   Oil
   1 Tsp   Finely chopped coriander leaves
   2 Tsp   Salt
   2 Tsp   Haldi
   2 Tsp   Garam Msala
   4 Tsp   Sugar
   6 Tsp   Butter
   3/4 Cup   Cream
   2 Tsp   red chilli powder
  Add all Ingredients
How to Cook


  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  2. Add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon.
  3. Grind onion, tomato, ginger, salt, red chilli powder.
  4. Continue cooking it on medium flame till ghee/oil begins to separate.
  5. Add paneer and capsicum pieces.
  6. Add sugar, and cream.
  7. Cook on low flame.
  8. When the capsicum are done put off the flame.
  9. Take off the fire and serve hot.
  10. Serve with nan or paranthas.
