Ingredients
 4-6
   1   Medium banana, cubed
   1   Mandarin orange, peeled and cubed
   1   Ripe mango, peeled and cubed
   1 1/2 cups   Seedless grapes, halved
   1   Large green apple, cored and cubed
   2 tbsp   Chopped coriander leaves
   1 1/4 cups   Plain yoghurt
   1 1/2 tsp   Sugar
   1 1/2 tsp   Salt
   2 tsp   Lemon juice
   1   Red finger-length chilli, sliced
   1/2 tsp   Roasted cumin seeds, pounded coarsely
  Add all Ingredients
How to Cook

Method:

  1. Place the banana, orange, mango, grapes, apple and coriander leaves in a serving bowl.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl until the sugar dissolves, then pour over the fruits and mix well.
  3. Serve chilled with any Indian meal
