Mango Ice-cream

Mango ice cream recipe is very easy to make at home. it is rich, creamy and full of mango flavor ice cream.

   3 cups   Full cream milk
   1/4 cup   Cream
   1/4 cup   Sweetened condensed milk
   4 tbsp   Caster sugar
   1/4 tsp   Cardamom powder
   1/4 cup   Large ripe mango, peeled and blended

How to Cook


  1. Put the full cream milk, cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk and sugar into a heavy bottomed 3 litre (3 quart) pot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, making sure to scrape the bottom of the pan to avoid scorching.
  2. Simmer for about 30 minutes or until the milk is reduced in volume by half.
  3. Cool the mixture thoroughly before folding in the ground cardamoms and mango pulp. Combine well.
  4. Pour into kulfi moulds or ice cube trays or a shallow metal freezing container.
  5. Cover and freeze until firm, about 7–10 hours.
