   2 cups   Plain yoghurt
   1/2 cup   Sugar
   4 cups   Cool waterIce cubes
   1/4 tsp   Cardamom powder
  Add all Ingredients
How to Cook


  1. In a large jug, combine the yoghurt, sugar and water until smooth. Check the seasoning, then refrigerate to chill.
  2. To serve, put ice cubes into a glass, pour in the lassi mixture and top with a sprinkle of freshly ground cardamon powder.
